Job summary

Abundant Productions seeks a visionary director to translate briefs into compelling treatments and scripts that drive shoots and campaigns. You’ll own the creative direction from concept to delivery, collaborating with clients, agencies, and an in-house team to keep the story fresh and on-brand.

You’ll lead on set and in the edit suite, shepherding crews, editors, and producers, presenting ideas with confidence, and winning new work through pitches and treatments.

Qualifications

• Proven directing experience in commercials/branded content.
• Strong storytelling ability with authentic scripts.
• On-set leadership and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Turning briefs into sharp, story-driven concepts.
• Writing scripts for commercials and/or documentaries.
• Directing shoots and owning the creative vision end-to-end.
• Leading crew, editors and producers to maximize project output.
• Being the creative face for clients and agencies; presenting ideas and gathering feedback.
• Contributing to pitches and treatments to win new work.
• Steering projects through pre-pro, production and post to maintain high quality.

You’ll take briefs and turn them into treatments and scripts worth shooting, then direct the whole thing to life — on set, in the edit suite, everywhere in between. You’ll be the creative anchor for our projects: pitching ideas, leading a team, and keeping clients and agencies excited about where the story’s headed.
