Qualifications

• Oversee daily workshop activities including repairs and servicing.
• Lead recruitment, goal setting and ongoing training for staff.
• Track operational metrics such as turnover time and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end workshop activities, ensuring repair processes and servicing schedules run smoothly and safely.
• Act as primary contact for escalated client complaints and explain repair estimates.
• Manage mechanics, technicians and service advisors; set performance goals and provide training.
• Monitor spare parts, tools and equipment stock levels; plan for new purchases and maintenance.
• Track KPIs such as repair turnaround time, labour productivity, revenue and warranty costs.
