Job summary

KAVESSAA CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Workshop Manager to lead our automotive workshop in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, manage a skilled team, and ensure efficient scheduling, high workmanship, and excellent customer service for premium vehicles.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate parts and supplier relations, uphold safety and cleanliness, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
