Job summary

MOTOSERV PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Workshop Supervisor Cum Senior Mechanic to lead daily workshop operations at our Jervois facility. The role requires hands-on technical and diagnostic expertise, especially with Continental vehicles, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers as needed.

The candidate will supervise technicians, perform high‑level diagnostics, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining workshop discipline and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Able to supervise and guide other technicians.
• Good communication and basic customer service skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations and technicians.
• Diagnose complex vehicle faults and perform troubleshooting when required.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work to a high professional standard.
• Provide customers with clear advice on vehicle problems and recommended repairs.
• Prepare and explain quotations and repair recommendations when necessary.
• Support invoicing and front-counter operations when required.
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain good workshop discipline, productivity, cleanliness, and teamwork.
