Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Workplace, Safety & Hygiene (WSH) Manager to lead a safety and hygiene program across all outlets in Singapore. You will drive FSMS adoption, audit readiness, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with SFA, NEA, and WSH guidelines.

You will mentor a small team, develop safety training, and coordinate with regulators and clients during inspections. The ideal candidate has experience in multi-site safety leadership and strong process improvement skills.

Qualifications

Experience leading WSH/FSMS programs across multiple outlets.
Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP and audit requirements.
Strong knowledge of Singapore regulations (SFA, NEA, WSH Council).
Proven ability to train staff and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits for food, hygiene and workplace safety to ensure compliance.
Lead a small team to uphold safety and hygiene standards across outlets.
Develop and maintain the FSMS to meet audit requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee pre-opening audits and new outlet compliance checks.
Deliver regular training and safety engagement activities for staff.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during inspections and investigations.
