Job summary

CPG Facilities Management is seeking a qualified Workplace Safety & Health Officer to oversee WSH matters across facilities in Singapore. You will implement WSH plans, manage PTW processes, conduct trainings and drive continuous safety improvements.

The role requires MOM-registered WSH Officer status with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of WSH regulations, and proficiency in MS Office and safety management systems.

Qualifications

• Registered MOM WSH Officer (mandatory) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of WSH Act, regulations, and Codes of Practice.
• Skilled in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage WSH plans, documentation, PTW, trainings and awareness programs.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, NEA and other regulations across sites.
• Organize safety briefings, toolbox talks and training sessions.
• Provide guidance to facilities/project managers on WSH issues and resolve non-compliances.
• Organise WSH education programs such as training and talks.
• Conduct periodic WSH site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated on current and emerging technical aspects of the position.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
