Job summary

REDWOOD INTERIOR PTE LTD is seeking a proactive WSH Coordinator to oversee on-site safety programs in Singapore. You will conduct inspections, maintain safety docs, and lead toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a WSHC qualification, and strong knowledge of local regulations. The role requires independent work and effective stakeholder engagement across sites and clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as a WSH Coordinator or similar role.
• Registered WSHC preferred.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Certs in Work-at-Height, Metal Scaffold Erection, or First Aid advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations; proficient in Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to ensure alignment with Singapore WSH regulations and client requirements.
• Review and maintain critical safety documentation (RA, SWP, MS, and PTW) for high-risk work activities.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices; implement root-cause corrective action plans.
• Oversee subcontractor safety compliance and proper PPE usage across all on-site operations.
• Lead daily toolbox talks, worker safety orientations, and continuous safety education programs.
• Prepare monthly HSEQ performance reports and support ISO audit processes to maintain compliance readiness.
