Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a hospitality/guest services professional for a 2-year contract at One North (Near MRT). The role focuses on welcome service, F&B support, information and wayfinding for employees and guests, and ensuring clean, well-equipped spaces.

You will be the first point of contact for questions, troubleshoot issues, raise work orders, and support employee engagement and hybrid work needs while building strong cross‑functional relationships within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Qualification in any field of studies.
• 1 Year of relevant working experience or working experience in Hospitality or Tourism Industries.
• Candidate from Airline / Hotel / Real Estate Industries are most welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome, high-touch service, F&B support, information, and wayfinding to employees and guests.
• Ensure workspaces, meeting rooms, and facilities are clean, well-equipped, functional, and ready for use.
• Act as the first point of contact for questions and concerns, troubleshoot issues, raise work orders, and follow up until resolved.
• Build strong relationships with employees and cross-functional teams while supporting employee engagement, well-being, and hybrid/flexible work needs.
• Gather employee feedback, conduct workplace experience checks, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with teams to enhance the overall workplace experience.
