Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Workplace Experience Associate to welcome members and visitors, manage day-to-day workspace operations, and coordinate tours and events. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and high-quality experience across the space.

The role requires a Diploma with at least two years in front office or guest relations, strong communication, and the ability to liaise with facilities, IT and vendors to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma with at least 2 years of front office or guest relations experience.
• Experience delivering a high-quality welcome experience to members and visitors.
• Ability to manage inquiries, coordinate visits, and liaise with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, visitors and prospective clients.
• Deliver a welcoming, professional and high-quality experience to members and visitors.
• Ensure daily workspace operations run smoothly and identify operational or maintenance issues.
• Manage walk-ins, schedule workspace tours and support prospective clients throughout their visit.
• Handle member enquiries and concerns, resolving issues or escalating them to management when required.
• Manage pantry operations, consumables, access cards and general workplace supplies.
• Liaise with vendors, building management and internal teams on IT, engineering, housekeeping and other operational matters.
• Handle walk-in leads, conduct workspace tours and identify opportunities to support membership conversion.
• Support initiatives, communications and activities that foster connections and engagement among members.
• Assist with planning, setup and execution of member events, including F&B coordination and on-site support.
