Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workspace Experience Ambassador in Singapore to foster a welcoming workplace and community. You will coordinate all on-site client events, serve as the point of contact for client staff and their guests, and ensure a world-class service experience across partners and venues.

You will analyze workspace data, propose improvements, and maintain stakeholder plans while promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration within a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an event coordination within hospitality, corporate and / or facilities environment.
• Experience of data analysis, interpreting and presenting data in a business environment including proposals.
• Attention to detail, thrives under deadlines, and collaborates effectively.
• Outstanding customer service skills and orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in a fast-paced, corporate multi-national environment.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and networking abilities.
• Teamwork, accountability, mindfulness and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Knowledge of current and future technology resources to offer an enhanced hybrid service.
• Ability to handle pressure with an energetic, cheerful, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Orientation of new hires and Welcome packs and site tours.
• Manage and coordinate client events on site and maintain event space diaries.
• Build and nurture a culture of excellence delivering world-class service.
• Liaise with Client staff, their clients and service partners; ensure seamless communication.
• Document stakeholder plans and report engagement activities and success stories.
• Drive collaboration across HR, ERGs and contractors through the community calendar.
• Analyse reports and data to identify areas of improvement and action plans.
• Ensure on-site operations manuals are up to date and relevant.
