Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking an experienced Workday professional to go beyond analysis and become a custodian of the Workday platform. The role covers Security, governance, and shared setup across HR and Finance, with emphasis on secure, scalable, and audit-ready operations.

The candidate will manage Workday security across Financials and HCM, participate in enhancements, and ensure platform integrity, data protection, and regulatory compliance within a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday experience in Workday HCM and Workday Financials.
• Strong practical experience with Workday Security Domains, Security Groups and Role-Based Access Controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday security architecture across Workday Financials and HCM.
• Design, maintain and review security domains, security groups and RBAC policies.
• Perform security impact assessments and recommend appropriate access controls.
• Support user provisioning, privileged access administration and audits.
• Strengthen security governance, data protection practices and regulatory controls.
• Administer shared platform setup and manage tenant configurations and deployments.
• Assist in enhancements, configuration, project delivery and post-deployment validation.
