The HRIS team sits at the intersection of HR, Technology, and Data - we don't just run and build systems, we shape how DBS manages its people and talent at scale. In practice, that means: We design and operate the digital backbone of HR - People Hub (Workday), Learning Hub, IPAs, integrations, data platforms that powers every employee lifecycle moment - from hire to retire. Recently we expanded Workday in DBS beyond HCM and HR modules, it now encompasses Workday Financials, hence the need for this role. We translate real business problems into system solutions. We also work closely with our Tech partners to achieve joined up solutions. Increasingly, we are creating AI agents and systems with Human in the lead through DBS GPT and Workday.
