Job summary

Nextera Software Services PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Specialist with 6+ years of Workday Financials experience and at least 3 years focused on integration projects.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy complex WD integrations, leveraging Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Packaged Integrations, while coordinating with stakeholders across finance and IT.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Workday Financials, incl. 3+ years on integrations.
• Deep understanding of core Workday Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Expenses, Projects.
• Expert-level skills with Workday integration tools: Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Packaged Integrations.

Job description

• 6+ years of experience working with Workday Financials, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Workday Financial integrations. Experience on PRISM or Accounting Center component of WD is mandatory.
• Deep functional understanding of core Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Adaptive Planning).
• Expert-level proficiency with Workday integration tools: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Core Connectors, and Packaged Integrations.
• Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, JSON, and other integration technologies.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex integrations.
• Experience with financial data migration strategies and execution.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
