WSAudiology is seeking an HRIS specialist to join the HR Excellence team, supporting Workday and HR service delivery. The role collaborates with HR, IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, data quality and continuous improvement across HR systems. With 3+ years in cloud-based HRIS and a focus on Workday HCM, you will configure, test, and maintain HR processes, governance, access controls and reporting—helping us deliver reliable HR services to a global workforce.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with global cloud-based HRIS solutions, with interest in Workday HCM
Understanding of HR processes, HRIS configuration, reporting, security concepts and HR Service Management
Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Business; master’s degree advantageous
Strong data literacy, data models, data quality controls and governance principles
Collaborative with HR, IT, senior HRIS stakeholders and external vendors
Continuous improvement mindset with focus on automation and user experience
Responsibilities
Support daily operation, availability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and integration maintenance of Workday and HR Service Delivery solutions
Provide first and second line HRIS support, resolve system issues with HR, IT and vendors, and escalate incidents when required
Assist with Workday configuration, testing, release management, documentation, deployment activities, and maintenance of service management elements including templates, routing rules and SLAs
Maintain HRIS workbooks, design documents, configuration catalogues, and audit-ready documentation to support governance and knowledge continuity
Support data quality, reporting, dashboards, validation controls, and adherence to HR master data standards across Workday
Own and support HRIS governance, reporting compliance, access controls, audit readiness, and continuous data improvement initiatives
