Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency in Singapore is seeking a data-driven Workforce Analytics professional to support HR analytics, data management, and dashboarding. You will maintain HR databases, run data cleaning, validation, and respond to analytics requests, with proficiency in Excel, Tableau and Python to enable workforce decisions and governance.

Experience in Workday data prep or HR systems implementation is a plus, and comfortable handling sensitive HR data in a regulated

Qualifications

Relevant work experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, HR Analytics or related discipline will be an advantage.
Proficient in Excel, Tableau and Python.
Comfortable handling sensitive HR data.

Responsibilities

Support workforce planning through the compilation, analysis and reporting of workforce data and trends.
Maintain workforce statistics, management reports and dashboards to support organisational and manpower planning.
Assist in establishment-related data collation and analysis.
Maintain project trackers and documentation for workforce transformation initiatives.
Support Workday Deployment 2 data preparation and validation activities where required.
Assist in HR data quality reviews and reconciliation exercises.
