Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a senior enterprise cloud HCM specialist to lead the delivery of cloud platform projects and ensure robust cross-module design and governance. You will drive hands-on configuration and coordinate stakeholder alignment across major HCM modules within an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration experience within enterprise cloud human capital management platforms.
• Proven experience managing cross-module dependencies, system integration touchpoints, and impact assessments.
• Demonstrated track record managing business stakeholders, setting delivery expectations, and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership capability with a hands-on operational approach to work through system screens and technical workflows.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to align multidisciplinary project teams across project phases.

Responsibilities

• Direct core cloud platform delivery with cross-module functional design and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive end-to-end implementation and governance of core human capital management modules.
• Evaluate system touchpoints and module dependencies across the enterprise platform ecosystem to manage delivery risks.
• Partner with business leaders and project stakeholders to establish operational expectations, alignment, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and functional workstreams to drive day-to-day release execution.
• Conduct hands-on system configuration, review software screen workflows, and resolve operational delivery issues.
