Job summary

Csgroup in Singapore is seeking a logistics technology professional to support system migration and the revamp of our transport software. You will work on UAT, data mapping, and create SOPs as we transition to a vendor-managed model.

The role emphasizes SQL querying, cloud basics, and collaboration with TMS/WMS teams, vendors, and cross-functional groups to deliver reliable releases and maintain data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics tech or supply chain analytics.
• Strong SQL skills to join tables and extract data.
• Familiar with cloud concepts (SaaS / microservices) is a plus.
• Experience with a TMS (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced data-rich environment.

Responsibilities

• Support UAT and testing of new microservices and SaaS package.
• Map and clean data from the old system for cloud migration.
• Create SOPs and technical manuals as the system transitions to a vendor-managed model.
• Develop SQL queries to pull operational reports and audit data.
• Resolve system glitches and data errors for transport planners.
• Collaborate with TMS/WMS teams and SaaS vendors during SDLC.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated tests for releases.
• Monitor production performance and adopt new technologies.
