Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Business Change Manager (Application and Integration) to translate business requirements into effective system solutions, with a strong focus on WMS migration projects. You will engage stakeholders, own design specifications, and drive integration delivery within the project scope across regional teams in Singapore.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in application and integration engineering in logistics, deep WMS knowledge (JDA BY), and proven cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in application and integration engineering within logistics or enterprise IT.
• Strong knowledge of WMS systems (especially JDA BY) and integration tools.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel overseas on project basis (4–6 times/year).

Responsibilities

• Support WMS implementations, migrations and upgrades in line with enterprise standards.
• Translate business processes into WMS functionalities during requirements workshops.
• Own application design specifications and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Configure WMS applications and manage change requests based on operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Client IT teams to define and validate EDI/API messaging requirements.
• Support the full project lifecycle: SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
• Ensure data mapping, integration, and reporting meet quality and scalability standards.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and scope control.
• Coordinate handover to IT service management for long-term support.
• Apply DSV project implementation methodologies for consistent design delivery.
• Promote best practices in WMS configuration, integration, and documentation.
