Job summary

CSGROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics tech professional to support system migration and data mapping during a cloud transition. You will validate new microservices, cleanse data from the old system, and help craft SOPs as the team shifts to a vendor-managed model.

The role includes SQL-driven reporting, CI/CD guidance, and collaboration with TMS/WMS teams and SaaS partners to ensure reliable releases and data integrity in production environments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in logistics tech or supply chain analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, able to join tables and extract data.
• Basic understanding of Cloud concepts (SaaS/Microservices).
• Experience using a TMS (Manhattan/Blue Yonder/Oracle).
• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Industrial Eng or SCM.
• A can-do attitude and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• UAT & Testing: verify new microservices and SaaS package logic.
• Data Mapping: extract from old system and prepare for cloud migration.
• Documentation: help create SOPs and manuals during vendor transition.
• Query Development: write SQL to generate operational reports.
• Issue Resolution: act as first line of tech support for planners.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align with TMS/WMS teams and partners.
• SDLC & CI/CD: participate in planning, deployment, and maintenance.
• Production monitoring: troubleshoot and optimize performance.
• Continuous learning: adopt new technologies and best practices.
