Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in application support, system implementation, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with WMS implementation and logistics tech projects.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into system solutions and reports.
• Support end-to-end WMS/app implementation including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and training.
• Support WMS migrations, upgrades, and change requests based on operational needs.
• Configure WMS applications and support EDI/API validation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and stakeholders to improve system adoption and standardize processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
