Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore East seeks an Application & Integration Specialist to drive contract logistics systems.

You will translate warehouse requirements into WMS configurations, support migrations, and deliver dashboards and automation to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaboration with Operations and IT will be key for standardized, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes analytics, system design, testing, and post‑go‑live support to ensure robust logistics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, information systems, data analytics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into effective system solutions, configurations, reports or enhancements.
Support end-to-end application implementation including design, configuration, testing, deployment, user training and post go-live support.
Assist WMS migrations, upgrades and manage change requests aligned with operations.
Configure WMS applications and validate EDI/API requirements with Operations.
Collaborate with Operations, IT and stakeholders to drive system adoption and process standardization.
Develop reporting, dashboards, automation and digital solutions to improve visibility and data quality.
Identify opportunities for process or system improvements through data and workflow analysis.
