Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to manage application and integration for Contract Logistics operations. You will analyze requirements, design configurations, and support WMS deployments, while collaborating with Operations, IT and business users to deliver practical system solutions.

You will also drive process standardization, automation, and reporting to improve visibility and data quality across the logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, information systems, data analytics or related fields.
• 2–4 years experience in application support, system implementation, business analysis or contract logistics operations.
• Experience in WMS implementation and warehouse system support.
• Strong knowledge of WMS implementation and Blue Yonder Dispatcher.
• Lean Six Sigma or analytics certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of contract logistics and warehouse processes.
• Ability in requirement analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation support and documentation.
• Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate, VBA, SQL or Python is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead application & integration for contract logistics, including requirements analysis and design.
• Translate warehouse processes into practical system solutions and configurations.
• Support end-to-end application implementation from design to post go-live.
• Support WMS migrations, upgrades, and change requests aligned to operations.
• Configure WMS, validate EDI/API requirements, and troubleshoot with Operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT and business stakeholders to drive adoption and standardization.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, automation and digital solutions for visibility and efficiency.
• Identify process or system improvements from operational data and requirements.
