ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is looking for a skilled Windows Server Administrator in Singapore to ensure daily server availability and handle installations, administrations, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers.

The ideal candidate will possess robust troubleshooting skills and experience in a large enterprise environment. Responsibilities include managing server infrastructure, performing maintenance, and ensuring system security.

Knowledge of VMware and Microsoft Clustering is essential, alongside ITIL certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in government agencies is preferable.
• Good oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Windows infrastructure based on requirements.
• Troubleshoot OS related incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage Windows Active Directory and clustering.
