• Experience with high‑availability environments.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Windows Engineer to support a high‑performance, mission‑critical IT environment. This role focuses on maintaining a stable, secure, and highly available Wintel infrastructure, supporting core business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
• Manage core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Maintain and optimize VMware / Hyper‑V virtualization platforms
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation
• Monitor system health to ensure maximum uptime and performance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Windows / Wintel infrastructure
• Strong hands‑on experience with Active Directory and core Windows services
• Solid experience in VMware or Hyper‑V environments
• Experience supporting high‑availability environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, ownership mindset
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Citrix / VDI environments
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions (e.g. NetBackup, Veeam)
• Basic PowerShell scripting
