Qualifications

• 5+ years of Windows / Wintel infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and core Windows services.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Experience with high‑availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Manage core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Maintain and optimize VMware / Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor system health to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 infrastructure issues.
• Support backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business‑critical applications.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to change management and operational controls.
