Responsibilities

• Recommend wines based on guests' preferences and food selections.
• Present and serve wines professionally.
• Maintain and manage the restaurant's wine inventory and cellar.
• Conduct wine tastings and staff training.
• Assist in developing and updating the wine list.
• Monitor wine stock, ordering, storage, and inventory levels.
• Ensure proper wine service, including temperature, glassware, opening, and decanting.
• Keep updated on wines, regions, vintages, producers, and industry trends.
• Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team on food-and-wine pairing.
• Provide a high standard of guest service and contribute to wine sales.
