Job summary

Horizon Global Services Pte. Ltd. is looking for an IT Support professional to deliver end-user desktop and technical support in a dynamic corporate environment.

You will install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves supporting Windows OS installations, configurations, patches, and updates, plus assisting with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Desktop/IT/Technical Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an IT support team.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Perform Windows OS installation, configuration, patching, and updates.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Assist with IT asset inventory and desktop hardware management.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.
