Job summary

OCBC invites talented students to join its Digital Transformation and Modernisation Office for an internship in wholesale banking. You'll gain hands-on exposure to credit origination journeys, automation, and process innovation while contributing to real projects.

You'll work with product owners and cross-functional teams to identify improvements, analyze data, and support testing and implementation of digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Curious and proactive with a passion for digital transformation and innovation.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process improvement: support Product Owners in identifying opportunities to streamline credit origination processes and customer journeys.
• Digital transformation: assist in automation and digitalisation initiatives across wholesale banking.
• Stakeholder engagement: prepare materials and presentations for discussions with business and project stakeholders.
• Solution design: participate in design sessions and contribute ideas to improve user experiences and efficiency.
• Testing & quality assurance: conduct testing of new products and provide feedback to improve functionality.
• Data analysis: analyse data to identify trends, monitor outcomes, and identify improvement areas.
• Innovation projects: contribute to initiatives that advance OCBC's innovation and digital transformation agenda.
• Ad-hoc tasks: support other transformation and modernisation projects as assigned.
