Job summary

Western Digital seeks a Senior Executive IT Support professional to deliver white-glove, highly responsive technology support to C-Suite executives in Singapore.

This high-visibility role requires executive presence, discretion, and hands-on as well as advisory capabilities across Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Webex, JAMF, Intune, and SCCM, supporting offices and remote locations with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Executive IT Support or related enterprise IT role.
• Direct experience supporting C-Suite executives in a corporate environment.
• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows and macOS platforms.
• Experience delivering Teams/Zoom/Webex/AV in executive settings.
• Excellent discretion and judgment with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove IT support to C-Suite executives with minimal disruption.
• Serve as the primary IT contact and trusted technology advisor.
• Maintain executive relationships with reliability, discretion, and follow-through.
• Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, conferencing systems and collaboration tools.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
