Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Screen, qualify, and assess candidates based on job descriptions and organizational and personality fit to identify high-potential talent
• Initiate and execute sales and marketing activities to develop business with existing and new clients
• Conduct research on industry trends and employment markets to provide clients with informed insights
• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through consistent communication and market intelligence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in manpower or headhunting to support candidate sourcing and client engagement
• Sales or client handling experience to effectively manage business development activities
