OJAS YOGA AND WELLNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Front Desk & Client Engagement role to warmly greet clients, manage registrations, and guide them through class options.

You will support studio operations, maintain a welcoming environment, assist teachers with attendee information, and help with marketing-related content. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-first attitude, with experience in hospitality or wellness environments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality (fitness/wellness/spa preferred).
• Friendly, empathetic, service-oriented personality with excellent communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet walk-in clients, handle enquiries, registrations/check-ins, and bookings.
• Guide clients on class schedules, packages and studio offerings.
• Assist in pantry, meditation area and studio visits for a positive experience.
• Collect on-premises payments and maintain records.
• Support admin tasks and bsports Mindbody setup as needed.
• Coordinate with teachers on attendee info and promotions.
• Assist with scheduling, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
