Job summary

REJUV TENKA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Front Desk / Customer Service representative for a wellness establishment. You will greet guests, book appointments, handle payments, and promote treatments and packages while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Front Desk or Customer Service with sales.
• Or at least 1 year in hospitality or wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Be on time for shift and maintain attendance.
• Accurately book, change and cancel appointments.
• Greet guests and acknowledge entry/exit.
• Handle check-in, check-out and payments per policy.
• Provide guests with detailed treatment descriptions and hours.
• Answer calls promptly and operate the phone system.
• Promote treatments, services, sessions and promotions.
• Build professional relationships with regular guests.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality in all guest matters.
• Provide quick, accurate responses to guest requests.
• Keep work area clean, safe, stocked, and organized.
• Monitor stock and inform management when low.
• Work without constant supervision and stay at post when assigned.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality environment.
• Attend and support training and staff meetings.
• Assist in all areas as requested by management.
• Notify management of issues involving staff or guests.
