Qualifications

• 1 year minimum front desk or customer service experience with proven sales.
• Experience in hospitality or wellness industry preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Be on time for shift and maintain regular attendance.
• Accurately book, change and cancel appointments.
• Greet everyone who enters and leaves the shop.
• Process check-in, check-out and payments per company policy.
• Provide guests with detailed descriptions of treatments and hours.
• Answer the phone promptly and operate the phone system efficiently.
• Actively promote treatments, services, sessions and promotions.
• Develop professional relationships with regular guests.
• Address guest questions promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Maintain confidentiality in all guest matters.
• Keep a clean, stocked and organized work area.
• Inform management when stock is low.
• Work without constant supervision and stay at post for extended periods.
• Maintain a positive attitude and supportive work environment.
• Attend training and staff meetings.
• Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.
• Report occurrences involving staff or guests to management.
