Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about treatments, services, promotions, and policies.
• Assist clients with booking appointments and coordinating treatment schedules.
• Handle feedback and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
