Job summary

JET CONCEPTS (WLP) PTE. LTD. is seeking a cheerful Customer Service Assistant in Singapore to be the friendly face at the outlet. You will greet customers at the front desk, manage check-ins/outs, answer calls, and assist with bookings and follow-up.

You will support outlet operations, handle POS transactions, and help with inventory of retail/wellness products. A positive, presentable, and service-minded attitude is essential, with training provided for POS and basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Attitude first — cheerful, warm, patient and good with people.
• Service-minded, enjoys talking to customers and making them comfortable.
• Presentable and professional; represents our wellness brand well.
• Basic computer skills + POS; Excel/Email a plus.
• Min. O-Level or 1 year service experience; freshers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Front Desk - Welcome customers, check them in/out, answer calls and enquiries with a smile
• Appointment Support - Help customers book appointments, explain packages/services, and follow up
• Outlet Operations - Keep reception area neat, handle POS, and assist with inventory of retail/wellness products
• Team Support - Work closely with the outlet team to ensure smooth daily operations
