Job summary

Raffles Medispa is seeking a responsible Beautician / Front Desk Consultant to join a 4000+ sqft outlet at the heart of CBD Raffles Place. You will welcome customers, provide facial services, manage bookings, and upsell treatments and memberships.

Requires strong English and Mandarin, a friendly, professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training, commission and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, front desk, beauty treatment, wellness, spa, TCM or sales.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Friendly, patient, responsible and service-oriented.
• Well-groomed with a positive working attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn about TCM wellness treatments and customer consultation.
• Sales-driven and comfortable with achieving performance targets.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional facial service and consulting
• Manage customer appointments, bookings and daily follow-ups
• Understand customers' beauty needs and recommend suitable beauty treatments
• Introduce treatment packages, membership plans and promotional offers
• Assist with sales consultation, customer relationship management and after-sales service
• Handle payment collection, customer records and basic administrative duties
• Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception environment
• Coordinate with therapists and the management team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support the team in achieving monthly service and sales targets
