MORROW HEALTH, Singapore’s premier fitness and recovery destination, seeks an Experience Executive to be the first contact for members and guests. You will shape their journey by handling queries, delivering exceptional service, and guiding them through our wellness offerings with care and excellence.

You will act as a brand ambassador, resolve feedback promptly, and create meaningful experiences that foster loyalty and retention, while maintaining brand standards in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in hospitality, business, customer service, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, fitness, spa, or wellness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy with CRM or booking systems experience.
• Team player, proactive, and adaptable to a startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, compliments, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information on all service offerings to members and guests.
• Manage merchandise inventory and ensure visual-merchandising standards.
• Support daily operations at the membership desk: rostering, queue management, and appointment scheduling.
• Log and relay member feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in member engagement activities, workshops, or events.
• Ensure data accuracy when updating member records in the CRM.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with organisational standards.
