Job summary

Goodness Beauty is seeking a responsible Front Desk Consultant / TCM Wellness Consultant / Trainer to join our team at a premium TCM wellness environment near Raffles Place MRT in Singapore.

You will welcome customers, manage appointments, recommend treatments, introduce memberships, assist with sales, handle payments and support operations to help hit monthly service and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, front desk, beauty, wellness, spa, TCM or sales is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Friendly, patient, responsible and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional front desk service.
