Job summary

RoyalWay TCM on Orchard Road is seeking a proactive Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Consultant to manage daily front desk duties, bookings and billing. You will engage clients in English and Chinese, and recommend tailored wellness packages to achieve sales targets.

The role requires at least 1 year in similar settings, comfortable working retail hours on a 6-day week, and proficiency with iPad and Google Sheets. Training and performance-based incentives are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk operations, clinic management, beauty, wellness, or retail sales.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively consult and present treatment packages.
Proficient with basic technology including iPad usage, messaging apps and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administration: Greet clients, handle calls, registrations, billing and scheduling.
Customer Communication: Manage booking inquiries and follow-ups via WhatsApp and phone.
Sales Consultation: Introduce, explain and upsell wellness treatment packages to meet targets.
Data Management: Maintain client records and daily logs in digital tools.
Operational Support: Assist coordination and delivery of treatments.
