PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West and Bishan. We have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with a large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facials and TCM treatments. We are expanding and need a new enthusiastic beautician who is not only outgoing but also a competent team player to work with other associates to promote a wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for a Full‑Time candidate to join our growing family.

We are looking for the following positions:

• Experienced Beautician OR Beauty Therapist
• Experienced Beauty Consultant
• Experienced Sales Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Basic salary + commission. Roles include managing the day‑to‑day operations of the designated outlet, leading and managing a team of therapists, coaching staff for better performance, maintaining and updating the customer database, promoting treatments and packages, maintaining overall outlet presentation, and achieving personal sales targets.

Basic Requirements

• Consultant experience needed for managerial roles; otherwise beauty industry experience acceptable.
• 6 days’ work week.
• Other ad‑hoc duties instructed by the manager.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Hardworking with good team cooperation.
• Ability to commute well with peers / a team player.
• Basic Mandarin and English communication skills to maintain good after‑sales relationships with different racial clients (most clients speak English and Chinese).
• Strong negotiation and selling skills; well‑groomed and presentable.
• Independent and self‑motivated.
• Beauty / facial knowledge.

Personal Sales Achievement

• Possess a results‑driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the designated outlet assigned.
• Lead / manage a team of therapists.
• Motivate and coach staff for better performance.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Promote treatments and packages to customers.
• Maintain the outlet’s overall presentation and be responsible for outlet sales and revenue.
• Achieve personal sales target.
• Evaluate progress against sales target, identify and implement solutions.
• Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling customer complaints, motivating staff morale, and providing guidance & coaching to staff.
