Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Operation Specialist to promote and assess the living space welfare of Foreign Workers. You will independently interview workers and audit their living spaces to safeguard welfare and compliance with MOM regulations.

Training is 40% of the role: you will support in-house training, administer the LMS, and assist site activities. A Degree or Diploma with 1–3 years of full-time experience is required; remote work is not applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with 1–3 years of full-time experience.
• Experience in training, people engagement or audits is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interview FW and audit their living spaces to assess welfare.
• Provide guidance to FW in MOM guidelines to ensure compliance with stay arrangements and landlord relations.
• Support in-house training and administer LMS.
• Assist site/department activities and events.
