Job summary

St Engineering is seeking a certified Welding Inspector to ensure weld quality across production processes. You will perform visual inspections, verify jigs, and oversee NDT per test plan and WPS, while sustaining meticulous inspection records.

The role requires Level II certifications in VT/PT/MT and UT/PAUT, with strong ability to read drawings, work independently, and communicate in English for reports and handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in welding inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Possess Level II VT/PT/MT, UT/PAUT PCN; Welding Inspector Certifications AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection, jigs verification and NDT as per test plan and WPS.
• Work with relevant department for any quality related issue.
• Maintain and upkeep documentation and reports.
• Ensure measuring equipment are duly calibrated.
• Any other duties as assigned.
