Job summary

Seagull Engineering Solution Pvt Ltd in Singapore is seeking a CSWIP 3.1 certified Welding Inspector to lead quality inspections for structural and piping fabrication. Job description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct visual, dimensional, and fit-up inspections for structural and piping fabrication as per approved drawings and standards.

Monitor welding activities, verify heat numbers/material traceability, and ensure compliance with WPS/PQR specifications.

Review and clear NDT reports, maintain quality documentation, and prepare inspection test plans (ITP / MDR).

Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client representatives during stages of inspection.

Preparation of project technical documentation such as Weld book, Quality and Manufacturing procedure, Fabrication procedure etc

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3 to 5 years in structural and piping fabrication engineering.

Mandatory Certification: CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector is required.

Strong knowledge of international standards (AWS, ASME, ISO) and inspection protocols.

Ability to work independently at the fabrication yard/facility and interface with production teams.
