Job summary

Wholetech System Hitech (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a quality control inspector for piping projects. You will develop and enforce QCPs, review drawings and specs, and monitor QC during material selection, welding, and installation.

The role requires strong documentation skills, NDT knowledge, and familiarity with industry codes. Prior AWS/CSWIP awareness is a plus, with emphasis on non-destructive testing and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Proficient in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Experience reviewing drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce quality control plans (QCPs) specific to projects, outlining inspection points, testing requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor QC measures at stages of piping projects from material selection to installation.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of piping components to verify conformance with design specs.
