Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore’s West region is seeking an administrative support role to assist in a Fire Command Centre. You will greet visitors, record temperatures where required, manage passes for NOK, vendors and guests, and coordinate ambulance-related calls.

This position emphasizes confidentiality under PDPA, professional interactions with residents and staff, and supporting the Operations Department with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with taking and recording visitors’ temperatures where required.
• Handle incoming phone calls at the Fire Command Centre and direct enquiries appropriately.
• Manage visitor access by exchanging passes for next-of-kin (NOK), vendors and guests.
• Coordinate and respond to ambulance-related calls when required.
• Perform general administrative duties assigned by the Operations Department.
• Handle visitor and administrative information in accordance with PDPA and confidentiality requirements.
• Escalate enquiries or situations to the supervisor when clarification or assistance is required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with residents, visitors, vendors and staff.
• Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
