Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Lakeside, Singapore is seeking a part-time Administrative Support staff. You will assist with temperature checks for visitors, answer phone calls at the Fire Command Centre, and perform general administrative duties as assigned by the Operations department.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, and you may be activated on certain weekdays when needed. The role offers hourly pay of SGD 11–15 depending on qualifications and training, with no CPF

Qualifications

• Must have minimum A Levels or Diploma
• No experience required; training provided
• Willing to be activated on certain weekdays

Responsibilities

• Take visitor temperatures
• Answer phones at the Fire Command Centre
• Perform administrative duties assigned by Operations department
• Exchange passes for visiting NOK, vendor, guest and ambulance calls; seek supervisor when unsure
• Assist with other general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects
