Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Wedding Sales Executive / Event Sales Specialist in Singapore to manage the full wedding sales journey from lead generation to on-site execution.

You will conduct venue tours, prepare customised proposals, and coordinate with vendors to ensure flawless events while achieving sales targets and delivering memorable client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Wedding Sales, Wedding Planning, Event Sales, Banquet Sales, Hospitality Sales, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert wedding and solemnisation enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct venue tours, presentations, and consultations for prospective clients.
• Prepare customised proposals, quotations, and event packages based on client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with couples and their families throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate event details, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Liaise with vendors, decorators, and internal operations teams to deliver successful events.
• Provide on-site support and coordination during wedding and solemnisation events.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a memorable client experience.

Are you passionate about weddings, hospitality, and sales? Do you enjoy helping couples bring their dream wedding to life?

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Wedding Sales Executive / Event Sales Specialist to drive wedding and solemnisation business across our premium dining and event venues in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the full wedding sales journey, from lead generation and venue presentations to event coordination and successful execution.

Working Location: Raffles Place, Mohamed Sultan, Marina Bay Area

Working Hours: 44 hours per week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

As wedding consultations, venue tours, and events often take place during weekends and public holidays, flexibility is required to support business needs. Alternative rest days will be arranged accordingly where applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Wedding Sales, Wedding Planning, Event Sales, Banquet Sales, Hospitality Sales, or related fields.

• Proven track record in lead generation, sales conversion, and achieving revenue targets.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organisational and project management capabilities with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using CRM or event management systems such as HubSpot, Tripleseat, or similar platforms will be advantageous.

• Passion for weddings, hospitality, events, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required for appointments and event support.
