Job summary

ARTEMIS GRILL PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate Wedding Sales Executive to drive our wedding and solemnisation business. You will guide couples from initial enquiry through venue tours to successful day execution, focusing on revenue growth and exceptional service.

Key tasks include generating leads, converting inquiries, conducting tours, presenting proposals, and coordinating with vendors and operations to deliver seamless events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in wedding sales and coordination.
• Proven track record in leads generation, sales conversion and achieving sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate wedding leads through networking, partnerships, referrals, wedding fairs, and outreach activities.
• Respond to wedding inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct venue tours and site presentations for prospective couples.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preference and event goals.
• Prepare customized wedding proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Build strong relationships with couples, vendors, and event partners.
• Develop and manage detailed wedding timelines and checklists.
• Assist with décor and layout planning and event logistics.
• Conduct pre-event meetings and provide onsite support and coordination on wedding day.
• Coordinate with the operations and culinary team to ensure seamless event execution.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, sales-driven, and relationship-focused Wedding Sales Executive to grow our wedding and solemnisation business. As the face of our wedding events team, you will guide couples through their wedding journey—from their first enquiry and venue tour to the successful execution of their special day. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service and helping couples create unforgettable wedding celebrations.

Key responsibilities
