Job summary

Manna Pot Catering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic sales professional to own inbound wedding and celebration enquiries, build proposals with our chefs, and close deals end-to-end. You will consult warmly, respond quickly, and represent the brand at wedding fairs.

The role involves coordinating with kitchen and operations to deliver flawless events, maintaining the leads tracker, and cross-selling Flora Artisan florals and Divine Artisan cakes across the group.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience in catering, weddings or hospitality is preferred.
• Best-in-class customer service with a warm, polished manner.
• Ability to start, follow up relentlessly, and get things done.
• Comfort with weekend tastings and event days due to wedding live weekends.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is an advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Own all inbound wedding and celebration enquiries - respond fast, consult warmly, close confidently
• Build proposals and customised menus with our chefs; negotiate and close deals end to end
• Host menu tastings and venue show rounds for couples and families
• Cross-sell across the group: Flora Artisan florals, Divine Artisan cakes and dessert tables, and our restaurant venues - one seamless story per celebration
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations so every confirmed event is delivered flawlessly
• Keep the leads tracker sharp and hit monthly sales targets
• Represent Manna Concepts at wedding fairs and showcases
• Plan & Execute client events seamlessly
• Ensure smooth handover and communication with the operations team
