Job summary

1855 F&B Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic Events Sales Executive to drive revenue from weddings, corporate and private events. You will present engaging proposals and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure flawless execution across the group’s restaurants.

Successful candidates will articulate restaurant concepts clearly and tailor menus to client needs, while adapting to flexible hours and a busy, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in hospitality/events preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Strong presentation and proposal skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate sales revenue via wedding, corporate and private events.
• Cultivate and convert leads, implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Explain restaurant concepts to clients using event decks and menus.
• Match client requirements with restaurants in the group’s portfolio.
• Coordinate with restaurant, operations, organizers and vendors from start to end of events.
• Commit to flexible working hours.
